* During a group presentation - make sure that you have speaking parts! Even if you do a lot of work helping your group during preparation, it's very important that you speak during the presentation, or else you will not stand out and your evaluators will not remember you.
* Avoid speaking in a monotone voice during presentations. Make sure you use inflection and vary the volume of your voice.
* Avoid excessive lecturing before explaining specific questions.
* Don't play around while your other group members are presenting.
* Even if you are frustrated, don't yell at your classmates while you are prepping your presentation as a group. You need to stay calm and work with them in a mature manner.
* As you go over each question for review, write rules on the board that will help with FUTURE questions of the same nature. If you don't teach the rule that applies in all situations you haven't really taught anything.

ReplyDeletebut do people watch you during prep time or anytime even when you are not presenting???
Yes - at all times during the Cheongshim Camp you should consider yourself being "watched". I know this may sound a little creepy, but basically the whole thing is a test, so for a few days you need to be on your best behavior. Especially when you are in a group interview setting you should be paying attention and ready to answer follow up questions or respond to other's peoples ideas.
